2. General Information This website presents the Silverback yacht concept by Gorilla Yachts. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). This policy explains what data is collected when you visit this website and how it is used.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files This website is hosted by Onepage GmbH. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits, including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and stable operation of the website. It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short retention period.
